I do have Acronis True Image Home and other wd my book 1130 too.

You could try and initialize it, that would make it visible to Windows, but I am nervous of what this might do to your data You need to work on backing up your data! This is what is shows. And yes the External doesn’t seem to work on ed Laptop.
